PURCHASING:
Tickets can be purchased either:
- Online: via our secure ecommerce system.
- Via Postal orders
- Pickup at various outlets
- Phone orders
All tickets are sent via Registered Post unless your are notified
otherwise.

CONFIRMATION:
Once the ticket is purchased you will receive an email confirmation of the
transaction. This confirmation will have your order number. If you have
purchased a student ticket you will be required to provide proof of your
educational institution when collecting your ticket. Students without identification
will have to pay for a full price ticket at the venue.
CANCELLATION/RETURNS:
The organiser must be notified (hello [at] semipermanent.com) of a ticket
cancellation on or before 12 March 2010 (7 days before the event). You
will be refunded your payment minus $25 administration fee. No cancellations
will be accepted after this date.
GUARANTEE:
The organiser guarantees that all transactions made via our online ecommerce
system are secure. Any problems that arise that can be proved to be a fault
of our system will be dealt with by the organiser.
