Alex has over 20 years experience in design and branding across some of Australia’s most iconic brands including Qantas, Lendlease, Caltex, Jetstar, Macquarie Group, Westfield, and Vodafone.
He leads the creative team at Houston Group, specialising in strategic brand identity, placemaking and brand transformation. Houston deliver on the demands of business strategy with impactful brand and design solutions.
Alex places great importance in a healthy and collaborative team culture and encourages open creative thinking, that challenges the expected and delivers better outcomes.
Houston’s most recent brand evolutions have included Qantas, Lendlease, The Streets of Barangaroo and The University of Technology Sydney.
Prior to Houston, Alex was Design Director at Frost Design, Moon Design and worked as a Director in Paris for Hermes and Acne Studios. Directing teams across branding, environments/wayfinding, books and magazines as well as fashion shoot direction.
