Co-founder and Creative ∙ PATTERNITY
ANNA MURRAY is the Co-founder and creative director of ‘conscious creative organisation’ PATTERNITY. Intentionally bridging the worlds of science, sustainability and creativity; their projects, products and educational events work with the unique power of pattern to inspire more curious, creative and connected ways of living.
Driven by a deep-rooted belief in the power of pattern to positively shape the future, PATTERNITY has grown from an online research platform of mesmerising patterned imagery to an award-winning interdisciplinary creative studio and globally recognised lifestyle brand. PATTERNITY’S programme of educational events and experiences explore the interconnectivity of life, inspiring positive patterns of both seeing and being.
At a time of mounting complexity, individuality and overwhelm Anna is driven by the core belief - and personal experience - that a shared awareness and understanding of the universal language of pattern can inspire a deeper connection to our environment, each other and indeed ourselves. It is this feeling of connection that can help us to create more sustainable and ecological patterns of living; powering timely social and environmental change at this critical point in history.
Anna is also the co-author of two books PATTERNITY: A New Way of Seeing and BE GREAT BE GREATFUL. A gratitude journal to inspire for positive living. She currently lives between London and Bali.
PATTERNITY’s clients include Celine, Selfridges, Airbnb, Airbnb, Google, Penguin, The V&A, The Wellcome Trust and The Environmental Justice Foundation.
