Mike Jensen is GM of Industrial Design at Fisher & Paykel Appliances – a New Zealand-grown company that today is a powerhouse of industrial innovation that has helped cement our global reputation for design ingenuity.
Under Jensen, Fisher &Paykel’s industrial design teams have concentrated on putting humans at the centre of design. Incorporating deep insights about how people live now, and how they might live in the future, he works with teams that are committed to rethinking the potential, efficiency, tactility and visibility of appliances in the home.
Jensen’s industrial design work with Fisher & Paykel Appliances has been recognised with many prestigious global awards, including multiple Red Dots.
