UBCO’s Daryl Neal and Anthony Clyde came up with the early concept for a Utility Electric Vehicle (UEV) – think 2x2 electric motorbike – in early 2014.
A year later, they presented it at the National Fieldays, where it caught the attention of Locus Research’s Timothy Allan – now the company’s CEO and managing director – starting a journey that has resulted in a platform transforming the way people ride, work and play.
Today, UBCO has rapidly developed into a digitally connected UEV platform including on and off-road transport (2×2), portable power, accessories, and subscription software. It provides a complete solution for either individual users or for fleets of vehicles and is now used across a wide range of applications.
