Justin Khanna is the founder of Repertoire, a hospitality-focused education company.  After over 10 years of working in fine dining and Michelin-starred restaurants (The French Laundry, Lysverket, etc.), hosting pop-ups and private events, and building a global audience via YouTube and podcasting, he’s working directly with chefs and organizations. Repertoire creates tools, programs and content to distill lessons and implement innovative frameworks to solve key problems inside hospitality businesses.
