Semi Permanent Sydney 2022 – Volunteer

Semi Permanent Aotearoa, the country’s premier festival of creativity and design, is set to return to the country’s capital of Wellington.

Taking place across two venues within the city, from Wednesday 8th until Friday 10th November 2023, the festival will welcome thousands of attendees from across the Asia Pacific region for three days of keynote talks, panel discussions, workshops and masterclasses that will serve to educate and inspire.

Event briefing

Successful applicants will be invited to a group interview (details TBC) where they will meet the event management team and be briefed on the event schedule and roles & responsibilities.  

Responsibilities

Volunteer responsibilities will vary across the event and we will give you an opportunity to experience different positions based on your availability. Responsibilities may include welcome and direction of guests, registration, packing of gift bags, workshop room monitors, VIP hosting, speaker concierge and speaker session ushers.
