Media, Photography, and Recording Release

This Media, Photography, and Recording Release (“Release”) applies to all events, programs, and experiences curated, hosted, or produced by SEMI PERMANENT /「 yes, 」yes, and G.K. / YES AND 合同会社 (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to Tokyo Salone, Moments, Nourish, Speculative Futures, Friends Of, Future Of, Thirdspace Thirdweeks Tokyo Salone, and all related physical, digital, invitation-only, and partner events.

By attending, participating in, or otherwise engaging with any of our events or programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Consent to Recording

You grant us the irrevocable right to photograph, film, audio record, and otherwise capture your likeness, image, voice, statements, and participation (“Recordings”) during any event or related activity.

This consent applies regardless of whether the event is ticketed, invitation-only, off-the-record, private, public, in-person, or online.

2. Use of Recordings

You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and unrestricted license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, broadcast, and archive the Recordings, in whole or in part, for purposes including but not limited to:

• Editorial and documentary use
• Promotional and marketing materials
• Archival and historical records
• Educational and research-related outputs
• Digital platforms, social media, publications, and partner channels

No compensation, approval, or attribution is required unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. No Expectation of Privacy

You acknowledge that events may be recorded in shared or public settings and that you have no expectation of privacy with respect to such Recordings.

4. Waiver and Release

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Recordings or any materials incorporating them. You further release and discharge us from any claims arising out of or related to the use of the Recordings, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Third-Party Media and Partners

You acknowledge that accredited media, documentation teams, and event partners may also capture Recordings. Their use of such materials may be subject to their own editorial standards and policies.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

Consent granted under this Release cannot be withdrawn after attendance or participation has occurred.

7. Governing Law

This Release is governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

メディア・撮影・録音に関する同意書

本メディア・撮影・録音同意書（以下「本同意書」）は、SEMI PERMANENT /「 yes, 」yes, and G.K. / YES AND 合同会社（以下「当社」）が企画・主催・運営するすべてのイベントおよびプログラムに適用されます。これには、Tokyo Salone、Moments、Nourish、Speculative Futures、Friends Of、Future Of、Thirdspace Thirdweeks Tokyo Salone、ならびに関連する対面・オンライン・招待制・パートナーイベントが含まれますが、これらに限定されません。

イベントまたはプログラムに参加、出席、関与することにより、以下の内容に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 撮影・録音への同意

イベントまたは関連活動中に、参加者の肖像、映像、音声、発言、参加の様子（以下「記録物」）を、当社が写真、動画、音声その他の方法で撮影・録音・記録することに同意します。

本同意は、有料・無料、招待制、非公開、私的、公開、対面、オンラインの別を問いません。

2. 記録物の利用

参加者は、当社に対し、記録物を以下の目的で、全世界において、期間の定めなく、無償で利用、複製、編集、翻案、公開、配信、放送、保存する権利を許諾します。

• 編集・ドキュメンタリー用途
• 広報・マーケティング用途
• アーカイブおよび記録保存
• 教育・研究関連の発信
• デジタルプラットフォーム、ソーシャルメディア、出版物、パートナーチャネル

別途書面による合意がない限り、対価、事前確認、クレジット表記は不要とします。

3. プライバシーに関する認識

イベントは公共または共有空間で記録される場合があり、参加者は記録物に関してプライバシーを期待しないものとします。

4. 権利放棄および免責

参加者は、完成した記録物またはその使用方法について確認・承認を求める権利を放棄します。また、記録物の使用に関連して生じるプライバシー侵害、名誉毀損、著作者人格権侵害等の請求について、法令で許される最大限の範囲で当社を免責します。

5. 第三者による記録

認定メディア、記録チーム、イベントパートナーが記録物を撮影・制作する場合があります。これら第三者による利用は、各自の編集方針や規定に従うものとします。

6. 同意の撤回について

イベントへの参加後、本同意に基づく同意を撤回することはできません。

7. 準拠法および管轄

本同意書は日本法を準拠法とし、本同意書に関連する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
